Refund policy

Every physical piece we sell is printed on demand and made individually for you after you order it. Nothing is held as stock. This policy explains what that means for returns and refunds.

Change-of-mind returns
Because each piece is produced to order, we don't offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges on physical products. Please check the size, finish and artwork on the product page before ordering — full specifications are listed on every product page and in our FAQ.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email us at contact@theinvestinguniverse.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the piece or refund you in full — whichever you prefer. You won't be asked to return a damaged piece before we make it right, and you won't be charged for the replacement or its shipping.

Digital products
Digital downloads are delivered by email immediately after purchase. Because they are accessed instantly, digital purchases are not refundable once the download has been accessed, except where the file is faulty, corrupted or not as described — in which case contact us and we will fix the file or refund you.

Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once we process a refund you will receive email confirmation; funds typically appear within 10 business days, though your bank or card issuer may take longer to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund, contact us at contact@theinvestinguniverse.com.

Order cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, email us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel before production begins, but once a piece has entered production we may be unable to stop it.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits, excludes or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. These rights apply in addition to anything set out above.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification, notwithstanding the change-of-mind provision above. Custom and made-to-order goods may be excluded from this right in some circumstances; contact us and we will advise you of your options.
