Every piece is made to order — printing takes 2–5 business days, then shipping is on top of that. Typical shipping after production: Australia 2–8 business days, United States 3–8 business days, rest of the world 5–15 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment it ships.
WHERE ARE THE PIECES MADE?
We print through a global production network, and your order is produced in the facility closest to you — that's how shipping stays free and delivery stays fast, and it means your piece isn't flown across the planet for no reason.
WHAT ARE THEY PRINTED ON?
Posters: heavyweight 200gsm museum-grade matte paper — smooth, uncoated, zero glare.
Canvas: thick 4cm gallery-wrapped premium cotton-polyester blend (300–350gsm) on FSC-certified wood stretcher bars, hanging kit included.
Desk mats: smooth polyester surface, anti-fray stitched edges, non-slip natural rubber base, XL size (80 × 39cm).

DO POSTERS COME FRAMED?
No — posters ship rolled in a protective tube, sized 40 × 60cm to fit standard frames you can buy anywhere. The canvas needs no frame; it arrives ready to hang.
MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED OR WRONG. WHAT NOW?
Email us at contact@theinvestinguniverse.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll replace it or refund you — whichever you prefer. Faulty is faulty; you won't be arguing with us about it.
CAN I RETURN A PIECE IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
Because every piece is printed to order just for you, we don't offer change-of-mind returns. Anything damaged, defective, or not as described is always covered — replaced or refunded. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
HOW DO THE DISCOUNTS WORK?
CLAIM10 takes 10% off anything, storewide. BUNDLE15 takes 15% off when you buy any two or more pieces. Codes apply at checkout — one code per order, so if you're buying two pieces, BUNDLE15 is the better deal. That's the maths done for you.
HOW CAN I PAY?
All major cards, plus the fast options — Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay — through Shopify's secure checkout. We never see or store your card details.
